Terms of Use and End User License Agreement

These Terms of Use and End User License Agreement (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Lunaria Labs (“Lunaria”, “we”, “us”). They govern your use of the website at trylunaria.com (the “Site”), the test on it, and the subscriptions and other purchases you make there.

Our Privacy Policy, Subscription and Additional Purchases Terms, Refund Policy and Cookie Policy form part of these Terms. By using the Site or buying anything on it, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted them.

If you do not accept these Terms, you are not permitted to use the Site and should stop using it.

We may change these Terms from time to time. When we do, we publish the new version on this page and update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will also tell you by email or on the Site where we can.

By continuing to use the Site after a new version is published, you accept it.

The Site is not meant for children. You must be at least 16 years old to use it, or older where the law of your country sets a higher age.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information through the Site, write to support@trylunaria.com and we will delete it.

Lunaria provides astrology and relationship readings for entertainment and self-reflection. They are not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and they are not a substitute for any of those.

On the Site you take a short test. Your answers are used to prepare your reading and your sketch and to tailor the offer shown when the test ends. Readings and the other offers on the Site are paid; what each includes, its price and its terms are shown on the Site before you buy, and that description applies to it.

The Site is for your personal, non-commercial use, and only for the purposes described here.

How we collect, use and share information about you is described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. By using the Site, you acknowledge that your information is handled as they describe.

As long as you use the Site in line with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to access it, and to use your readings and any other materials we send you for your own non-commercial purposes.

The Site and everything on it — its design, text, illustrations, readings, guides, names, logos and code — belong to Lunaria Labs or to our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may not copy, sell, publish or distribute any of it, in whole or in part, without our written permission. All rights not expressly granted to you here are reserved.

You agree not to use the Site for anything unlawful, defamatory, obscene or offensive; not to infringe anyone's copyright, trademark or other rights; not to copy, modify, translate, reverse engineer or decompile the Site or create anything derived from it; not to collect its content by automated means; and not to interfere with its security or operation.

We may take any measure the law allows against anyone who breaks these Terms.

To use the Site you need a compatible device and an internet connection. We do not promise that the Site will work with every device or browser, or that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors.

We may add, change or remove features, and suspend or close the Site, at any time. We will give reasonable notice of significant changes where we can.

You confirm that the information you give us is true, accurate and complete, and you are responsible for keeping access to your email secure.

Prices, renewals, cancellation and payment are covered by the Subscription and Additional Purchases Terms, and refunds by the Refund Policy.

The Site may link to websites and services run by others. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices. You use them at your own risk and under their own terms, and questions about them should go to whoever runs them.

You use the Site at your own risk. The Site, the readings and everything else we provide are offered “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

A reading is an interpretation, not a statement of fact. We do not promise that a reading is accurate, or that anything it describes will happen — including whether you will meet the person your sketch shows.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Lunaria Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from or related to the Site, the readings or anything else we provide, even if we were told such damages were possible. Nor are we liable for products, services or information offered by third parties.

Where our liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, or takes away rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the country where you live.

You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a comprehensive embargo, and that you are not named on any sanctions list that would prohibit us from providing the Site to you.

If a dispute arises about the Site or these Terms, please write to support@trylunaria.com first, describing the issue and the outcome you are asking for; we will do the same if we have a claim against you. Both sides then have sixty (60) days to try to settle it informally before taking any other step.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the place where Lunaria Labs is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If the consumer protection laws of the country where you live give you more protection, they still apply to you.

We may suspend or end your access to the Site at any time if you break these Terms, or if the law requires us to. You may stop using the Site at any time.

When these Terms end, the license in section VI ends with them, and you must stop using the Site and the materials we sent you. Our ownership under section VI, and sections XI, XII and XIV, continue to apply.

If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be read as narrowly as needed to make it enforceable, or removed where that is not possible, and the rest of the Terms remain in full effect.

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms to anyone else. We may transfer ours as part of a reorganisation, merger or sale of our business.
