Cookie Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Lunaria Labs uses cookies and similar technologies on trylunaria.com. It is part of our Privacy Policy, which covers the rest of what we do with your information.
I. WHAT COOKIES ARE
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser and reads back on later visits. Similar technologies do the same job in other ways: browser storage keeps data on your device, either until you close the tab or for longer, and a pixel is a small piece of code that reports a visit to the service that provides it.
II. WHAT WE USE AND WHY
Necessary storage. Your progress and your answers are kept in your browser's session storage while you take the test, so that reloading the page does not lose them. They are cleared when you close the tab.
Measurement storage. A random identifier for your browser, and for up to 30 days the details of the link you arrived through, are kept in your browser's local storage, so that your visits are recognised as one browser's and counted against the campaign that brought them.
Advertising cookies. The Meta Pixel uses the _fbp cookie, which identifies your browser to Meta for 90 days, and the _fbc cookie, which keeps the click identifier when you arrive from a Meta ad. Where the Pixel has not yet set _fbp, the Site sets it on its behalf, briefly writing and removing a test cookie to find the domain to set it on.
Meta may also read and set cookies on its own domains, under Meta's cookie policy. We do not use any other analytics or advertising cookies.
III. YOUR CHOICES
You can block or delete cookies and clear the Site's data in your browser settings, usually under privacy or site settings. The Site keeps working without advertising cookies; without session storage, reloading a page may start the test again.
You can control how Meta uses your activity to show you ads in the ad preferences of your Facebook or Instagram account.
If you live in a U.S. state that gives you the right to opt out of targeted advertising or the “sharing” of personal information, you can use it by blocking cookies as above or by writing to support@trylunaria.com.
IV. CHANGES AND CONTACT
We update this policy when what we use changes; the date at the top shows when it last did. Questions about it: support@trylunaria.com.
